Baz Luhrmann’s version of The Great Gatsby premieres this Christmas and while that is still a ways away you can own a piece of the roaring twenties (see above!).  Decadence and luxury were infiltrating the American way of life (prefacing the crash in 1929 but let’s not focus on that) , spectacular parties meant spectacular shoes.  These are perfectly twenties-inspired but re-imagined for the modern age: black and white architectural details with a splash of gold for some extra glamour.  I could imagine Daisy Buchanan kicking back at one of Gatsby’s parties in these puppies.
